Abstract

Contains a copy of a suit of Cuthbert Hubbard, administrator of Elizabeth Hubbard, against John Wills, executor of Elizabeth Wills. The suit contains exceptions of Cuthbert Hubbard, plaintiff, to the plea of John Wills, defendent. A significant part of the document is missing. The suit is signed by W. Hopkins & William Robertson and certified by R. Gough, Clerk.
