Abstract

Contains five certificates of oaths for numerous individuals to serve as burgesses for the General Assembly between 1 June & 5 June 1775. Included are oaths from John Randolph, Dudley Digges, and others. The oaths are signed by either Thomas Nelson, William Byrd, Robert Burwell, Richard Corbin, or Gawin Corbin.
