Abstract

Charles Everett Farris was born in 1917 in Pulaski County, Virginia. By 1940 Farris was working in his family's business, running their store in Radford, Virginia. He married Frances Earlyne Williams (b. 1919) 24 November 1940. Farris enlisted in the United States Army 13 July 1943 and died in Belgium 2 October 1944. He was buried in the Henri-Chapelle Cemetery in Belgium.
