Abstract

Gaston Simmons Foote (1883-1957), born in North Carolina, married Mattie Caroline Hunter (1886-1966) in 1913. They resided in Portsmouth, Virginia, and had three children: Kate Wilcox Foote, Gaston Simmons Foote Jr., and George Anderson Foote.
