Letter, 19 May 1918, from Harvey L. Parker
Harvey Lanier Parker was born in Prince George County, Virginia, 19 April 1888. During World War I, he served in the 111th Supply Company stationed at Fort McClellan, Alabama. Parker returned to Prince George County after the war ended. He was a farmer and a painter. Parker died 3 January 1970 from injuries sustained when hit by a car. He is buried in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery in Prince George County.
