William Vaughan & Littleberry Robinson during the lives of the said Thornton, Powell & Robinson, or to the plf since their deaths - but the same to them or other or any of them to pay the said Nathaniel Dunn, Hinchia Mabry, James Mason, Thomas Hunt, Richard Harwell, Evans Mabry & Edward Pettway, in the lives of the said Dunn, Mason & Pettway, & the said Hinchia Mabry, Hunt, Harwell & Evans Mabry since their deaths hitherto have refused, and the said Hinchia, Mabry, Hunt, Harwell & Evans Mabry still do refuse to pay the same to the plf to the damage of the plf one thousand Dollars. & therefore he brings suit &c [etc.] .
