Plts against the Deft for the Damages in the Declaration mentioned and Costs which Damages were to be enquired of by a Jury to be impannelled by the Sherif[f] at the next Court of Quarter Sessions to be held for the County aforesaid. At which Day "to Wit" at a Court of Quarter Sessions held for the said County on Thursday the twenty sixth Day of May aforesaid came the Plts aforesaid by their Attorneys aforesaid and the Impannelling of the Jury aforesaid to enquire of the Damages aforesaid was continued until the next Court of Quarter Sessions to be held for the County aforesaid on the fourth Thursday in August next. At which Day to Wit At a Court of Quarter Sessions held for the County aforesaid on Thursday the twenty fifth Day of August in the year aforesaid came the Plts aforesaid by their Attorney aforesaid and the Impannelling of the Jury aforesaid to enquire of the Damages aforesaid was continued until the next court of Quarter Sessions to be held in the County aforesaid on the fourth Thursday in November next. At which Day came the Plts aforesaid by their Attorney aforesaid and thereupon came Also a Jury to wit Alexander Madill, Adam Dixon, John Rogers, Chislon Morris, Burgess Bass, Drury Emery, Clifton Harrison, Allen Bass, Anthony Payne, Howell Vick, Isaac Rowell & Stephen Ragland who being elected tried & Sworn well and Truly to enquire of the Damages aforesaid upon their Oath did say that the Testator in his life time, did Assume upon himself in manner and form as the Plts have declared and they assessed the Plts Damages by occasion of the non performance of that Assumption to Sixty nine pounds three Shillings
