and two pence three farthings besides Costs Therefore It was considered by the Court that the Plts recover against the Deft the Sixty nine pounds three Shillings and two pence three farthings their Damages aforesaid in form aforesaid Assessed and their costs by them that behalf expended to be levied of the goods and chattels of the said Testator in the hands of the Deft if so much thereof he hath to be Administered if not then the Costs aforesaid to be levied of the proper goods and chattels of the said Deft[.] At which Day to Wit the said twenty ninth Day of April in the year one thousand seven hundred & ninety two before the said District Court came the parties aforesaid by their Attornies aforesaid and It was Ordered that this cause be continued til the then next Term at the Defts Costs. And now at this Day came the parties by their Attornies And thereupon the Transcript of the record of the Judgment aforesaid being seen and Inspected It seems to the Court here that there is no Error in the said Judgment Therefore It is considered that the same be Affirmed and that the Deft recover against the Plt Damages According to Law for retarding the execution thereof and her costs by her About her defence in this behalf expended to be levied of the goods and Chattels of the said Testator in the hands of the Pet to be Administered if so much thereof he hath if not that the Costs be levied of his own proper goods and Chattels.
