You are hereby commanded to summon J Banter Bailey to appear before me, or some other Justice of the Peace for the County aforesaid, at Justices Office County Building Staunton Aug 5th 93-10 AM to answer E A Fulcher in a plea of debt not exceeding one hundred dollars, due by Apr $ 46.74/100 and then and there make return how you have executed this warrant.
