This article of agreement made and entered into this the 24th day of April, 1885, between Cyrus A McCutchan of the first part A D S Beck, and Margaret Ann Beck his wife parties of the second part all of Augusta County Virginia; Witnesseth, that whereas the party of the first part has this day agreed to execute and give to his daughter Margaret Ann Beck, the wife of the said A D S Beck, his two bonds as follows, to wit, one bond for one thousand dollars ($1,000), payable without interest on the 15th day of November, 1885, and one bond for five hundred dollars, payable on demand with interest from date, it is therefore, consented and agreed by the parties of the second part with the party of the first part, that on the death of the said Margaret Ann Beck, the said sums of money so paid by the party of the first part shall go and pass to May Beck the only daughter of the parties of the second part, and to any other child or children which the said Margaret Ann Beck may leave
