State of Virginia Augusta County to Wit

I G. W. McCutchen a Notary Public in & for the County and State aforesaid do certify that Margaret A Beck whose name is signed to the writing above bearing date on the 24th day of April 1885 being examined by me privily and apart from her said husband & having the writing aforesaid fully explained to her she the Margaret A Beck declared that the same to be her deed that she willingly executed the same and does not wish to retract it. Given under my hand this 7th day of May 1885. G. W. McCutchen N. P.
