The Petition of Hayward Todd agt. William Green is Dismisst

James Waugh Philip Alexander an[d] Richard Bernard Gent. are ordered to be recomended to his honour the president to make choice of one for a Sheriff for this ensuing year.

Charles Harding Constable took the oath prescribed by Law and is ordered to be certified.
