In the action of Debt between Richard Bernard Gent plt & John Thomas Deft. The Deft came into Court & confessed Judgment to the plt for One Thousand seven hundred & fifteen pounds of Crop Tobo [Tobacco] whereupon Its considered by the Court that the plt recover the same against him & his Costs Exp [Expended]

The suit on petition between John Champe Gent plt & Thomas Withers Dft. is Dismist.

In the suit on petion [petition] between John Jones plt & John Cabbage Deft Judgment is granted the plt for Eleven Shillings balance of an acct with Costs & fees
