81 September Court 1750.

Dinah a negro girl belonging to Gardiner Burgess adjudged to be eleven years old.

Deeds of Lease & Release from James Seaton to Burdit Clifton, proved by John Jones & ordered to be certified.

Bateman's Inventory returned, & made Oath to by Admr. & admitted to record.

Ann Bateman made Oath that the Balance due from her to Pherson is one hundred & fifty six pounds of Tobacco.

Ordered that Barnaby Riley serve his Master John Alexander according to Law for six days runaway time, & four hundred, & eighty pounds of Tobacco expended in taking him up.

The Executors of Charles Waller gent. decd. made Oath to an additional Inventory of his Estate which is admitted to Record.

Robert Peter made Oath to his Account against Nathl. Gray which is ordered to be certified.

George, a negro belonging to John Ralls adjudged to be fifteen years of Age.

The Road by Catchers [Gut?] to be turned along the River Side

James Kenny acknowledged his Deed of Gift of a mullatto girl to his Son James Kenny which is ordered to be recorded.

Ordered that John Stuarts Tithables be added to the List

Isabella Harrison made Oath to her Accounts against the Orphans of Will. Harrison gent, decd. which were allowed of, & admitted to Record.

Margaret Harrison Orphan of Will. Harrison gent. decd. came into Court & made Choice of Isabella Harrison for her guardian who is approved of by the Court having given Bond.
