In the Action of Tresspass between Francis Dade Pltf. & Benoni Stratton Deft. abates the Deft. being dead. In the Suit in Chancery between Edward Humston Compt. & John Humston Richd. Barnard, & John Short Defts. on the Defents. Motion farther Time is given the Defts. till the next Court to answer the Compts. Bill. The Action of Trespass upon the Case between Priscilla Bows Pltf. & William Burton Deft. is continued at the Pltf's Costs. The Action of Trespass upon the Case between Nathl. Gray Pltf. & Benjamin Duncomb Deft. is continued. The Action of Trespass upon the Case upon the Case between Andrew Monroe Gent. & Compts. Pltfs', & John James Deft. is continued. Absent John Mercer Gent. The Ejectione Firmae between Thomas Turff Lessee of Henry Tyler Gent. Pltf, & Henry Fitzhugh Gent. Deft. is continued at the Defts. Ordered that Jane Williams pay Thomas Mountjoy twenty five pounds of Tobacco for one Days attendance as an Evedence for her against Bails Ordered that Jane Williams pay Thomas Mountjoy Junr. one hundred, twenty five pounds of Tobacco for 5 Days attendance as an Evidence for her against Bails The Suit in Chancery between Richd. Barnard Gent. Admr of Thomas Sharp Compt. &Natl. Gray Deft. is continued. In the Suit in Chancery between Henry Fitzhugh Gent Compt. & Samuel Haywood Esqr. & Richd. Foote Gent. Defts. The Compt. having put in his Demurrer the Defent. having time 'till the next Court to consider thereof. Ordered, that Jesse Bails pay John Dooling fifty pound of Tobacco for two Days attendance as an Evidence for him a ads [ad sectam] Williams.
