Ann Dillon being presented to the grand jury for having a Bastard Child & summoned failed to appear whereupon it's ordered that she pay to the Church Wardens of Overwharton Parish (for the use of the Poor of the sd. Parish) fifty shillings or five hundred pounds of Tobacco, with Cask & Costs.

Mary Harton being presented to the grand jury for having a Bastard Child & summoned failed to appear whereupon its ordered that she pay to the Church Wardens of Overwharton Parish (for the use of the poor of the sd. Parish) fifty shillings, or five hundred pounds Tobacco & Cask & Costs.

Parish) ten shillings, or one hundred pounds of Tobacco, and to the Church Wardens of St. Pauls Parish (for the use of the poor of that Parish) ten shillings. or one hundred pounds of Tobacco & Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between Philemon Waters, Plt. & Arthur [illegible] Deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for for [sic] two hundred & ninety pounds of Tobacco by Note of hand with Costs, & a Lawyer's Fee.

In the Action of Debt between Jonathan Sydenham & Thomas Hodson Merchants in London Plts. & Daniel Hankins Deft. the Deft. not appearing the Judgment against him, & George Wallace his Security is confirmed for
