and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court on the affidavits of James Garson & Anthony G.Gayanone citizens of the United States, that he has reside within the United States five years next before this day & one year in the District of Columbia. and having this day declared on oath that he will support the Constitution of the United States and that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty whatever, and particularly the Sovereignty of the King of the Kingdom of great Britain and Ireland. he is thereupon admitted a Citizen of the U. States; which is ordered to be certified.
