{ 139 September Court. 1750. Ordered that John Cooper pay Yelverton Peyton seventy five pounds of Tobacco for three Days attendance as an Evidence for him against Angell.

The Suit on Petition between Sally Rapier, Plt. & Henry Hurst Def. is dismist & the plt. ordered to pay to the Deft. his Cost about his Defence in this Behalf expended.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between Laurance Washington, Gent. & Compy. Plt. and Andrew Edwards & Betty his Wife Admrs. with the Will annexed of James Waugh Gent. decd. on the Plt's Motion an Alias Capias is ordered returnable to the next Court.

Ordered that the Attachment against the several Guardians be continued till the next Court ~

Ordered that Henry Studdard pay William Howard one hundred & Seventy five pounds of Tobacco for seven days attendance as an Evidence for him against Hackney.

Ordered that Henry Studdard pay William Byram one hundred, & fifty pounds of Tobacco for six days attendance as an Evidence for him against Hackney.

In the Suit in Chancery between Charles Wells, & Benj. Robinson Compts. & Thomas Vivion & Peter Daniel Gent. Defts. having filed their Replication the Complts. have Time till the next Court to consider thereof, & on their Motion a Dedimus is ordered returnable to the next Court ~
