[false start see * below] In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between John Peyton, & George Waller, acting Execrs. of the last Will & Testament of Charles Waller Gent. decd.

In the action of Debt between Mary Fowke Plt. & Andrew Edwards, & Betty his Wife Administrators with the Will annexed of James Waugh Gent. decd. defts. the defts. for Plea say they owe nothing & have fully administred [sic], the Plt. joined the Issue & the Tryal is referred till the next Court.

The Action of Detinue between Thomas Ashby Plt. & John Riley deft. is continued at the Pltf's. Costs.

  • In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between John Peyton & George Waller acting Execurs. of the last Will & Testament of Charles Waller Gent. decd. Plts. & Jacob Ambrose Dekezor deft. the deft. for Plea saith that he did not assume the Plt. joined the Issue & the Tryal thereof is referred till the next Court.

In the Suit on Petition between John Peyton Plt. & Samuel Angel deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for six hundred & fifteen pounds of Tobacco, & seven Shillings & two pence Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between Mott, & Alexr. Doniphans [Doniphan] Guardians to Genry Waugh Plts. & John Smith Deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for five hundred & thirty pounds of Tobacco and Costs.

In the Action of debt between Traverse Cooke Plt. & Rawleigh Chinn deft. the Deft. came into Court & confest Judgment to the Plt. for five hundred eight shillings & a half penny & eight hundred, & two pounds of Tobacco its therefore considered by the Court that the Plt. recover the same of the sd. Deft. & his Costs by him in this behalf expended. ~

Ordered that Mott & Alexander Doniphans [Doniphan] pay Thomas Hay one hundred pounds of Tobacco for four days attendance as an Evidence for them against Smith

In the Action of debt between Andrew Edwards & Betty his Wife adminrs. with the Will annexed of James Waugh Gent decd. Plt. & Rawleigh Chinn deft. the Deft. confest Judgment for eight Pounds six Shillings & one penny with lawful Interest theron from the eight day of August 1749 till paid, it's thereupon considered by the Court that the Plt. recover the same of the sd. deft. & their Costs by them in this behalf expended.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between John Foushee Gent. Plt. & Samuel Earl Gent. deft. a Jury to wit, Edward Ralls, Job Sims Michael Harper
