In the suit in Chancery between William Stuart Minister of St. Pauls Parish & the Church wardens of the sd. Parish Complts. & William Fitzhugh Gent. further time is given the Compts. to consider the defts. Answer.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between Andrew Beaty Plt. & Howson Hooe deft. the deft. for plea saith he is not guilty the Plt. joined the Issue & the Tryal is referred till the next Court

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between Andrew Rose Plt. & Mason French & Margaret his Wife Adminesrs. of all & singular the Goods & Chattles, Rights & Credits of Thomas Lacy decd. defts a Jury to wit Robert Washington, Andrew Edwards, Job Sims John Lewright, George Allen, Lazarus Hinson, John Payton, Jacob Johnson, Benjn. Duncomb, Willm. Moss, William Brumley, & Andrew Beaty were sworn to try the Issue joined who brought in their Verdict in these Words "We of the Jury find for the Plt. eight pounds five Shillings & five pence damage Andrew Edwards foreman" which Verdict at the Plt's Motion is admitted to record & it's considered by the Court that the Plt. recover the Same of the Goods & Chattles of the sd Intestate in the Hands of his adminrs. if so much of the sd. Goods & Chattles they have in their Hands & if they have not so much in their hands then the Costs of the proper Goods & Chattles of the sd. Adminrs.

In the suit in Chancery between Edward Humston Compt. & Richd. Bernard, John Short & John Humston defts. the Compt. having put in his Replication to the deft's Answer time is given them till the next Court to consider thereof & a Dedimus is ordered for taking Depositions in this Suit.

The Action of Trespass between Robert Massey Plt. & Jacob Johnson deft. is continued at the Plt's costs.

In the Ejectione firmæ between Robert Faldoe Plt. & Saml. Earl Gent. deft. for Lands & Appurtenances in the Parish of Overwharton in this County which John Foushee Gent. demised to the Plt. for a Term etc. as is set forth in the Declaration a Jury to wit George Allen, John Lewright, William Moss, Benjamin Duncomb, Robert Washington, Lazarus Hinson, John Payton, Job Sims, Abraham Fletcher, Joseph Powel, Franklyn Latham, & William Murphey were Sworn to try the Issue joined who brought in their Verdict in these Words, "We of the Jury find for the Plt. one shilling sterling damage Robert Washington foreman" which Verdict at the Plt's Motion is admitted to record & its considered by the Court that the Plt. recover of the deft. his Term yet to come of & in the sd. Lands & Premises & his Majesty's Writ of Habere facias possessisnem is awarded the Plt. to put him in Possession thereof & its farther Considered by the Court that the Plt. recover of the sd. deft. the sd. one shilling sterlg. damage by the Jurors aforsd. in their Verdict aforsd. assessed & his Costs by
