thereon from the twentiforth [twenty fourth] day of December on[e] thousand seven hundred & fifty one, till the same is paid. Credit on the Bond for six pounds five Shillings & four pence half penny. ~
In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between Thomas & Robert Dunlops Plts. & Job Sims deft. the deft. came into Court & confessed Judgment to the Plts. for seventeen pounds four Shillings & eleven pence it's thereupon considered by the Court that the Plts. recover the Same of the sd. deft. & their Costs by them on this behalf expended.
In the Action of debt between Thomas & Robert Dunlops Plt. & Richard Broox deft. the deft. not appearing Judgment is granted the Plts. against him for twenty eight pounds seventeen Shillings & five pence & Costs To be discharged on Payment of fourteen pounds, four Shillings & eight pence half penny & the Costs, with Interest thereon from the first day of January one thousand seven hundred & fifty two till the same is paid. And the Sheriff having returned (upon an Attachment ordered in this Cause) that he had attached two Beds one green Rug, Counterpain & Sheets its ordered that he sell the same According to Law, and satisfy the sd. plts. their Judgment therewith if there be money enough arising by such sale to do the Same & make report to the next Court. Indorsed on the Bill. Balance nine pounds, one shilling & five pence
In the Action of debt between Charles Stuart & Co. plts. & Snodall Horton junr. deft. the deft. not appearing, the Judgment against him & William Horton his Security is confirmed to the Plts. for thirty one pounds. its thereupon considered by the Court that the Plt's recover the Same of the sd. deft. & the sd. William & their Costs by them in this behalf expended but this Judgment is to be discharged (the Costs excepted) on Payment of fifteen pounds ten Shillings with Interest thereon from the tenth day of October one thousand seven hundred & fifty two till the same is paid
John Mercer Gent. is desired to send for Scales, for Boyd's Hole Warehouse
Ordered that John Washington, Baily Washington, John Stith, Samuel Selden, & Gowry Waugh be recommended to his Honor the Governor as fit Persons to be added to the Commission of the Peace for this County.
John Mercer Gent. is desired to wait on his Honor with the Recommendation of Justices, & to acquaint his Honor with the State of the County.
