the Plt. recover the same of the sd. deft. & their Costs by them in this behalf expended.

In the Suit on Petition between William Black Plt. & Edward Groves deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for two pounds four Shillings and seven pence three farthings & Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between William Black Plt. & Thomas Stribling deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for one Pound seventeen Shillings & Costs

In the Suit on Petition between William Black Plt. & Charles Wells deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for one pound eleven Shillings & eight pence & Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between William Black Plt. & Charles Wells deft. Judgment is granted the Plt for one pound eleven Shillings & eight pence & Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between Messrs. [Prelle & Stette?] Plts. & Mary Overall deft. Judgment is granted the Plts. for four Pounds eighteen shillings, & seven pence half with Costs & a Lawyers Fee.

In the Suit on Petition between John Johnson Plt. & Saml. Earle Adminr. of all & singular the Goods, & Chattles, Rights, & Credits of Saml. Earle [junr.?] decd. deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for two pounds seventeen Shillings & six pence, & seventy three pounds of Tobacco & Costs, of the Goods, & Chattles of the sd. Intestate in the hands of the sd. Admininr. if so much he hath in his hands, & if he hath not so much in his hands, then the Costs of the proper Goods & Chattles of the sd. Administrator.

In the Suit on Petition between Andrew Monroe Gent. Plt. & John Thomas deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for two pounds seventeen Shillings & nine pence with Costs & a Lawyer's Fee. ~

In the Action of debt between William Black Plt. & Richard Pilcher deft. the deft. came into Court & confessed Judgment to the Plt, for six pounds, It's thereupon considered by the Court that the Plt recover the same against him & his Costs by him in this behalf expended. But this Judgment is to be discharged (the Costs excepted) on payment of three pounds with Interest thereon from the eighth day of June one thousand seven hundred & fifty three till the same is paid.

In the Action of debt between William Black Plt. & Richd. Pilcher deft. the deft. came into Court & confessed Judgment to the Plt for seven pounds five Shillings & ten pence, it's thereupon considered by the Court that the Plt. recover the same against him & his Costs by him in this behalf expended.
