John Stuart Gent. produced a Commission under the hand of the Honble Robert Dinwiddie Esqr. to be Sheriff of this County & having entered into Bond took the several Oaths, & subscribed the Test & abjuration Oath, Withers Conway, William Gerrard, & Anthony Gerrard Sub Sheriffs took the said Oaths & subscribed the Test & abjuration Oath is ordered to be certified.

Ordered that the Sheriff summon twenty four of the most able freeholders in this County to appear at Novr Court to be of the Grand jury for the Body of this County.
