Wm. Patrick, A. C. Gordon, E. S. Sublett.

Dear Fanny: -

I enclose you a statement of settlement with you which I have tried hard to get right, though I am afraid the results will be disappointing to you. I enclose statement of the Sproul debt, and the settlement of the land and house roof. Please send me the bond of mine which you hold as you will see from the last mentioned statement that it is paid off.

If there is anything wrong about the statement let me know, and i will gladly correct it.

Yours truly,

Wm Patrick
