Dear Sirs

I leave for Parkersburg today for a weeks visit,

Let Kilgallen make or see that the City makes proper Connections destroyed by the Flood,

Mauly is right but I have written Newham to see what you want & have it done if it dont cost too much. I also wrote him in regard to the Locks
