My Dear Sir: Your commission as Notary Public has come. Come down early tomorrow morning without fail so as to qualify & commence qualifying the voters at once. The "Brush Party" should be beaten badly so as to put a final quietus upon them & unless great efforts are made to give the voters a chance to qualify there is danger. In haste Yours Truly
