Staunton, Va., May 24 1904 Miss JW Morrison & Co. Murat Va [Gruber?] In reply to yours of 23rd will say that we had hoped that Mr Powell would get the fish matter straight with you. We will be glad if you can use the Herring at a reduction of 75¢ on the Bbl [barrel] the fish are good & in fact a good many prefer them to the fresh ones, but if you cannot handle them at the reduction in price, we will thank you to put the Head in the Bbl nicely & return it to us & oblige
