12th March 1806 Sir, The Court of Appeals having by their decree at their last Session awarded a new trial in the cause of Nanny Page & others against you which was Instituted in the County Court of Montgomery You are hereby Notified that as Attorney assigned as Counsel for the plaintiff in that cause I shall move the court of the said County of Montgomery to try the said cause on the first day of this term to be held in April next.
