It is considered that the law arising upon the Special Verdict is for the Defendant. Therefore it is considered that the Plaintiff, take nothing by his Bill, but for his false Claim be in mercy &c And that the Defendant go through without day. To which Judgement of the Court the Plaintiff prayed an appeal to the Superior Court of Appeals which is granted him.
