the said Robert S. Coleman, Nathaniel L. Manson and John J. Cabell executors of his said last will and testament. Your orators and oratrix are advised that under the aforesaid will they are unquestionably entitled to their freedom agreeably to the bona fide and express intention of the said testator Addison Davies decd. They therefore pray, that the said Executors Robert S. Coleman, Nathaniel L. Manson and John J. Cabell be made parties defendants to this bill and compelled on oath to answer the premises fully - that they answer & say whether your orators & oratrix are not each above the age of twenty eight years, whether all suits relative to the division of the estate of the said Addison Davies' father are not determined, whether the legal title to your orators & oratrix has not long since vested in the representation of the said testator, and whether all the just debts due from the estate of the said Addison Davies decd are not paid or a sufficiency of assetts other than these complainants to pay them. And that your worships decree that your orators and oratrix shall be free & such other & further relief in the premises as may be consistent with equity & the nature of the law may require.
