The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Nelson County Greeting: You are hereby commanded as often as before you were commanded to attach William Campbell John Campbell Jacob Pucket and Betsey his wife, John Campbell Junr. and Polly his wife William Campbell and Frances his wife Crawford Puckett and Clara his wife and Peggy Campbell (by Jno Campbell her Guardian) the said William, John, Betsey, Polly, Frances, Clara, and Peggy being heirs of John Campbell decd. and James Montgomery Administrator of the said John Campbell decd., so that you have their bodies before the Justices of our County Court of Nelson at the Court house on the 4th Monday in December next, to Answer us as well of a certain contempt by them to us offered as it is said, and receive what our said Court shall in that part consider, and have then there this Writ Witness Spotswood Garland Clerk of our said Court at the Court house the 30th day of October 1809 and in the 34th Year of the Commonwealth Spotswood Garland
