The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Nelson County Greeting You are hereby commanded as often before you were commanded to Attach William Campbell, John Campbell, Jacob Pucket and Betsey his wife, John Campbell Junr. and Polly his wife, William Campbell and Frances his wife Crawford Puckett and Clara his wife and Peggy Campbell (by John Campbell her Guardian) the said William, John, Betsey, Polly, Frances, Clara, & Peggy being heirs of John Campbell decd. (and James Montgomery admr. of the sd. Jno Campbell decd.) so that you have their bodies before the Justices of our Court of Nelson County at the Court house on the fourth Monday in March next to answer us as well of a Certain contempt by them to us offered as it is said and receive what our said Court shall in that part Consider.
