The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Amherst County greeting You are hereby commanded to summon James Montgomery Admr of John Campbell (Wag) decd, William Campbell, Jno Campbell, Jacob Pucket & Betsey his wife formerly Betsey Campbell, Jno Campbell Jr & Polly his wife formerly Polly Campbell William Campbell & Frances his wife formerly Frances Campbell, Crawford Pucket Clary his wife formerly Clary Campbell, Peggy Campbell to appear before the Justices of our County Court of Amherst in Chancery sitting, at the Court house on the third Monday in March next then and there to answer a certain bill in Chancery exhibited against them in our said Court byTobias a free negro and this they shall in no wise omit.
