Wythe County, to wit, This day Frederick Idle personally appeared before me Nathaniel Frisby a Justice of the peace for said County and made oath that the answer which he put in to the bill exhibited against him by Mark Johnston in the Chancery Court held at Staunton for the western District of Virginia which Answer was drawn by Colo John Coulter at the last July Term of said court So far as it relates to his Own Actings and doings contains the truth and so far as it depends on the information of others he believes it to be true Given under my hand and Seal this 18th day of November 1808 Nathl.
