Wyatt &c v Woods' admr } Exceptions The defendant excepts to the paper purporting to be a Report of the Commissioner in this case for the following causes viz: 1. Because the items of debit against him from the commencement of the Report to the close of the year 1851 as wholly unsupported by vouchers or evidence. 2. Because he is not credited by the sum of $330 paid [moity?] & [spend?] in the year 1856 (see their stat:) 3. Because he is charged in the year 1857 with the sum of $282.50 as the alleged proceeds of House & Lot in Lynchburg, without evidence to justify it. J Dabney pd 24th Oct: 1859 4th. Because said Report is not signed by the Comm'r, & is incomplete. Nothing on the face of the Report to shew when it was filed.
