Caroline County to wit

To Henry Burruss Constable of the said County and to the Keeper of the Jail thereof

These are to Command you the said Constable in the Name of the Commonwealth to convey and deliver into the Custody of said Jailor the body of Richard Williams late of this County charged before me with having feloniously stolen and sold a free Negro boy Named Thomas Fry And you the said Jailor are hereby Commanded to receive the said Richard Williams into your Jail and Custody and Him there safely keep till he be discharged by due course of law.
