ALL persons having claims against the estate of Elizabeth Rowzie, dec'd, late of the county of Powhatan, a e required to present them to the subscriber, or John W Dance, Esq. of said county, who has been appointed for that purpose by the Hon John B Clopton, Judge of Law and Chancery for said county, at this last term, for settlement, by the first day of May next; as the assets of the estate will soon af er that date be removed beyond the limits of this Commonwealth, and unless so presented, this notice will be pleaded in bar of such demands
