Osborne &c. vs Barbara &c. appeal This day this cause came on to be finally heard upon the record transmitted hither from the county court of Scott, containing the bill, the demurer & answer and the exhibits; and having been set for final hearing in the county court, & this court considering said suit as in the same condition here, and being argued by the counsel of both parties, It is adjudged ordered and decreed, that the interlocutory decrees entered in this cause by the county court, be & they are hereby reversed & annulled; and this court retaining the cause for final decision, doth further adjudge order & decree, that the said [bill?] of the said Barbara for &c be and the same is hereby dismissed;
