Barbara a free woman of coulour plt v Jonathan Ozborne & others defts } Inchy On the motion of said Ozborne by his counsel who presented his petition in open court with the certificate of Counsel, required by law thereto annexed, An appeal is granted him from the interlocutory orders of the county court of Scott granting an injunction in the suit in chancery therein pending between Barbara &c pltff & Ozborne def. and refusing to disolve the same & dismiss the plts bill, in the said petition mentioned, on the said Ozbornes, entering into bond to the said Barbara in the sum of one hundred dollars with the clerk of this Court within Sixty days hereafter, with good security conditioned as the law directs. And on the further motion of said Ozborne by his counsel a writ of certiorari is awarded to the justices of the county court of Scott, commanding them without delay to certify to this court the record of the said suit in chancery therein pending, And also a writ of Supersedeas as directed to the said justices commanding them to supersede their said interlocutory orders in said petition mentioned, and to abstain from all further proceedings in said cause: and also a Summons is awarded requiring the Sheriff to make known to said Barbara the granting this appeal, and requiring her to appear here at the next term of this court to defend the same.
