At a Court held for Isle of Wight County the 7th day of Feby 1791 this will was presented in Court by Elizabeth Harrison the executrix therein named who made oath thereto according to law and the same being proved by the oaths of Harwood Calliote and Betsey Harrison the Witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded[.] A Copy Teste Nathl. Young Clk. At a district Court held at Suffolk May the 24th 1804 Andrew Woodley and Elizabeth his wife Edward Winston and Woody his wife Plaintiffs } In debt Against David Bradley and Elizabeth his wife Defendants[.] This day came the pltfs by thier attorney and the defendants say that they cant gainsay the plaintiffs action Therefore it is considered by the Court that the plaintiffs recover against the defendants, four hundred and sixteen pounds five shillings with five per cent interest thereon from the 1st day of March 1791 'till paid also eighty three pounds seventeen shillings and six pence with like interest from the 15th day of May 1798 till paid. Also forty six pounds four shillings with like interest from the 7th day of November 1797 'till paid and also fifty three dollars and fifty five cents the debt in the writ mentioned and their Costs by them about their suit in this behalf expended and the said defendants in money &c [etc.].
