Petition of John Brown Churchill Jones that the Com'ths right to cetain [certain] lands be released to him Decr. 13th 1825 refd to Claims. 1825 Decr. 16th Reasonable 17. Reported 22. Bill drawn I John Brown of Grayson County and State of Virginia, now being in a low state of health but sound as to mind do hereby make this my last will and testement in manner and form following (viz) in the first place I wish all my just Debts to be paid soundly [Secondly] it is my will and desire that Polly Woods my house keeper and her two Daughters Sally and Lydia have twenty five pounds a piece and at my decease Each of them Polly Woods and her two Daughters Sally and Lydia to have a cow a piece and a sheep a piece, Thirdly it is my wish and desire that my three Daughters Mary Brown Nancy Brown and Martha Brown have one hundred Dollars a piece and lastly for my son John Brown to have the ballance of my Estate both Real and personal and I likewise constitute and appoint my son John Brown and James Anderson my Executors I do hereby acknowledge this to be my last will and Testament Revoking all wills and testaments by me heretofore made: In Witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal twenty ninth day of December one thousand Eight hundred and fourteen Test Maklon Collins J.
