Discharging sinus over left Ilium & two over 3 lumba[r] vertebrae, one of wh. [which] connects c [with] sinus over ilium. Forcible extension of thigh under anesthetic. Bradford frame & extensive apparatus on leg. Operation for removal of foreign body & drainage a sequestrum of Ilium the size of ones hand was removed. Rapid recovery after this
