Marquier Camille. 28 Fr. Rifle ball wound of left shoulder entering behinds & exit in upper 1/3 of arm. Been in 3 mo s [without] temp. Pain and sensation lost over ulnar surface of left fore arm & hand. No abduction of thumb. Slight adduction . No adduction or abduction of fingers. Slight flexion & extension. Motion at wrist & elbow normal. Sweating in excess on radial surfaces of hand c [with] slight exertion. Burning sensation in thumb. Left hand colder than right. Some atrophy of left hand. Operation at which the bulbous severed ends of the ulnar nerve were freed from scar & sutured together. The external cutaneous was also found severed by the original injury but
