to wit Susannah, Nancy, Betsey & Caty Harding the two eldest daughters of my brother Thomas Neilson Binns Luisa & Betsey Binns and the daughter of my sister Caty Durham, Nancy Durham & Mary Ann Binns the daughter of Simon A. Binns[.] Also the balance of my estate left in my wife's hands at her death to be equally divided between them the above legatees their heirs and assigns forever except one thousand dollars in bonds notes, or some other property to be reserved for the use of Simon A. Binns my brother to be given him immediately after my death to him his heirs and assigns forever and lastly I appoint my beloved wife Executrix. And my brother Charles & Thomas Neilson Binns executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me heretofore made.
