I do hereby Certify that I have lived a very near neighbour to Jack Henderson a Man of Colour who petitions the Assembly for leave or permission to remain in this State. I believe the distance from My House to his does not exceed half a Mile. and and have lived that near him for many years, during which time he has regularly paid his Taxes is both of Land and other property when called on, and behaves himself as a good Citizen in all cases given under my hand this 16th Day of November 1829.
