We the subscribers, understanding that Harry Jackson junr, intends making application to the Legislature of Virginia for permission to obtain a Branch & to act as a Pilot of the waters of the chesapeak[e] in this state Do hereby certify that we have been long & well acquainted with the said Harry Jackson, That we believe him to be a person of Honesty Probity & good demeanor.
