Territory of Wisconsin, Milwaukee County S.S. I Clinton Walworth Judge of Probate in & for said County and acting Viz Clerk of the Probate Court for said County do certify that the above & foregoing copy has been compared by me with the original words thereof now remaining in the Probate Office of said County, and that I have penned the same to be a Court transcript therefrom and of the whole of such original Record, And further that I have Compared the annexed Copy of the Bond with the [illegible] thereon with the original on file in this office & have found the same to be a correct copy thereof and of the whole thereof. And further also that I have compared the annexed Copy of the letters of Guardianship issued to the said Nicholas Cleary with the original Record thereof now remaining in said office & have found the same to be a correct transcript therefrom, and of the whole thereof; and lastly that said Nicholas Cleary has been duly appointed Guardian for Thomas Reilly Cleary a minor and has in all respects duly qualified as such in said Probate Court according to the laws of this Territory. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of the Probate Court of said County at the City of Milwaukee this Eighteenth day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & forty six.
