Stafford Court Whereas a negro woman named Rachael has made information to me that she together with a mulattoe child her daughter stolen out of the house of Wm. David Boyd of Northumberland county in the absence of the said Mr. Boyd by Zachariah Barr, Vincent Brent & other in the night time and whereas it appears by a certain writing signed by the said Mr. Boyd that the said Zachariah Barr has no right, property, or interest in the said negro Rachel these are thereupon to require all whom it may concern to suffer the said negro Rachel, with her, child to pass quietly & unmolested to the house of the said Mr. David Boyd in Northumberland.
