when a Negro has render'd [rendered] such Invaluable benefits to the Community, as this Man Emanuel has, That the Legislature of Virginia ought to extend to him, that best and dearest of all Rights, his Liberty. This is the great incentive to Noble Actions. It will have a Happy effect on the Community in General.
