3) 5th. is it necessary, that I, or other person should administer on Billie Browns Estate. he left nothing, but a few triffles, [illegible] a hand saw and some old cloth[e]s at least this is all I can find. 6th. There is no other Estate left than the land and Houses, how ever I to manage to pay Lyle & McCredie's demand which I am security for the payment of, the girl Sally also owes that Company a considerable sum, which Billie Brown if he had leave must have paid from his tenth part of the rents he received. of what he never paid her six pence, can I sell the estate or or my part of the [illegible] to pay Lyle & McCredie, his & his sisters debt 7. I am anxious have all my accounts with the Estate settled, I have reason to believe some claims may come from [Braxton Stall?] agt. [against] the Estate ______ whether or not I have weight to sell sufficient of the land send Horses to pay the debts I am bound to pay for Billie Brown & his sister Sally without any decree of chancery; or other lawsuit
